納豆うどん (Natto Udon) Homemade

What is natto, you ask? Many people call it fermented soy beans, but I personally don’t really like calling it fermented. It just has a negative connotation on such a great food. Yes, natto has a distinct taste, and yes it does have a spider web type visual. However, do not be fooled. Natto has been known to reduce blood clotting. It also contains lots of vitamin K, which help with forming bones and preventing osteoporosis. Natto has also been known to help with skin! With all these health benefits, why not, right?
Usually natto is eaten with rice. In this particular dish natto has been garnished on udon (wheat-flower noodles).
